In particular, the company’s activities will be carried on for the benefit of women in Commonwealth countries in business to progress in companies breaking down gender barriers in all sectors and/or to start up and grow their own businesses through an increase in the number and enhancement of the success rate of women-owned businesses to benefit their communities, countries and the Commonwealth. We work to support women at all stages of their business journey and business growth and as they transition from micro to small to medium and larger business and, if in a corporate role, individuals’ development and progression. This recognises the need to support, train and mentor women from start-up through to mid-term, through to exit and thereby create a cyclical pattern whereby those who have been invested in, invest back into the business community. This has been crucial in providing opportunities for connectivity, collaboration and commerce.
