Basis of preparation |

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |
|
The directors have changed the basis of preparation of accounts with effect from the year ended 31 December 2019 to comply with the guidance in Technical Release 01/10 publised by the Institue of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As a result of this, service charge income, property expenditure and related assets and liabilities are not included in the accounts of the company. |
