The company intends to run arts based workshops, events and lectures for the local female community of Liverpool. Aimed at promoting positive mental health through the arts, and providing a safe haven for women in the local community to express themselves.Over the financial year 2020-2021, the company has been working alongside several resident artists at Bold Place Studios on a voluntary basis, to renovate/decorate a building so it is fit for use as a place to host workshops and events. These activities have been delayed due to Covid and several issues with accessing the building, but progress has been made. The company's activities have benefitted the community in the following ways -- Pulling together local artists and residents of the building - Bold Place - to make the building fit for future purpose to host community led events.- Making connections with local small businesses who will help contribute towards future events.- Setting up a fundraiser on an online platform in order to generate funds to buy essential equipment for future events (this will launch October 2022).- Talking to residents in the local community to find out what workshops/events they would find beneficial, and gathering details of local artists.
