Going concernfalse

Jade Property Solutions Ltd has ceased to trade on 31 December 2019.

It is the intention of the directors to strike off the company within 12 months of the reporting date, and therefore it is no longer to be considered a going concern.

The financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 have therefore not been prepared on the going concern basis.

Prior period restatement

The comparative figures for 2020 have been restated in respect of an investment that was purchased in the name of Jade Property Solutions Ltd from personal funds loaned to the company by the Directors, which is deemed to have a material impact on the financial statements.

 

The journal to recognise this was:

Dr Investments £36,821

Cr Directors loan account £36,821

 

There is no affect on the profit reported for the year to 31 December 2020 and therefore there is no affect on the tax charge.

Jade Property Solutions Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Jade Alpaca Ranch, Baulking Lane, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 8NR.

For the year ended 31 December 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

 

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the financial profit and loss account within the financial statements that are filed.

 

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.
