Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Turnover |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable. Turnover in respect of the sale of residential properties is recognised on legal completion. |
Profit recognition |
Profit arising from the sale of private residential properties is taken on legal completion. When it is probable that total costs will exceed total revenue the expected loss is recognised immediately. |
