1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Motor vehicles - 25% on cost

Going concern
The company has reviewed its forecasts in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been considered in note 10 to these accounts. The director has confirmed that he will continue to support the company for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.

10. POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS

The director has considered the risk and potential impact of Covid-19 pandemic, which occurred before the balance sheet.The director has reviewed the balance sheet at the year end and does not consider it necessary to make any adjustments for impairment.

The impact of the pandemic on the operations of the company, which provides plumbing and heating services, has been considered. The company has returned to profitability in 2022, following a difficult 2021. Government loans have helped to secure short term funding, whilst the business re-establishes itself.The director has expressed his willingness to continue to support the company for the foreseeable future.
