Company activities and impact

The company operates health and wellbeing services across North Tyneside and Northumberland.This financial year we launched our Pretendy Chef programme teaching children and young people about food and nutrition, including how to make and bake simple meals and snacks. Sessions were delivered within the community and are now expanded to include curriculum time workshops within schools Our health programme included continuation of working with targeted groups such as those with Parkinsons ans other long term illness to use physical activity as a way to help manage and improve daily tasks.
