It aims to help members of the community with alleviation of loneliness and isolations.During the financial year 2022-23, JCUK was severely limited in activities and funding; we were unable to carry out most of mainstream activities but continued to; 1) provide social and emotional support to members during times of difficulty, 2) Organised one community event – the summer BBQ, 3) attempted to deliver the Christmas party but was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Company’s stakeholders are residents of England and Wales, the majority dwell in London and the surrounding areas. The directors of the company are residents of London and Derby. Members are frequently engaged in community meetings physically or online, organised by JCUK.Their views are collected through online surveys and questionnaires. These research activities have enabled us to identify the correct areas of need to provide relevant impactful interventions and support.
