As described on the statement of financial position, the directors of the company are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2023, which comprise the income statement, statement of financial position and the notes to the financial statements. You consider that the company is exempt from an audit under the Companies Act 2006. Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 1 (2022: 2 ).

For the period ending 30 June 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
