Following a review of the financial position by the directors at the balance sheet date, the directors have confirmed the company remains a going-concern and the basis of preparation therefore reflects this. The directors are confident that the company will continue trading into the new financial period.

Included within the company's 'creditors: amounts falling due within one year' is the directors' loan account balance of £13,472. The directors has confirmed that they will not call upon this debt until the company is in the position where it can be repaid.

For the period ending 31 January 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
