Transactions with related parties
As at the balance sheet date the company owed its directors Caroline Leaf and Alexander Martin £52,065 (2022 £52,220) and £69,625 respectively. These loans were used to purchase the freehold of 4 Southampton Road and have been made on an interest free basis. Alexander Martin's loan was assigned from Juliette Hughes in March 2023.
