2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |
The company was dormant (within the meaning of section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 May 2023. The company has not traded during the financial year. During the year the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss. |
Financial instruments |
Financial assets that are measured at cost and amortised cost are assessed at the end of each reporting period for objective evidence of impairment. If objective evidence of impairment is found, an impairment loss is recognised in profit or loss. |
