The company runs Prickly Edge Hedgehog Rescue. The rescue is based in Methley, Leeds, which has been operating as a C.I.C since January 2022.Throughout the last finacial year, 2022-2023, the rescue has:-given care to over 230 hedgehogs with around 140 succesful releases after treatment. This care ranges from hand rearing baby hoglets to the teatment of various wounds.-taken hedgehogs that have been severely injured to local vets as quickly as possible to reduce their suffering.-provided advice to hundreds of people over the phone, both locally and further afield. -created a community of volunteers that are animal lovers, that work together to help with fund raising events and work that is required daily in the rescue, such as cleaning.
