Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

8. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has agreed to waive part of the service charges in respect of the four directors. For S Crawford, J Chapman and S Howell the amount was £212 (2021 not applicable) For N Nicolaides the amount waived was £212 (2021 £268). In 2021 D Mertcan was a director and had a waiver of service charge in the sum of £456.
