Depreciation has not been provided on the freehold as the directors are of the view that its value will not diminish. |

There is minimal activity during the year as the company is acting as a flat management company. All service charge amounts are held in trust and are usable at the discretion of the tenants, consequently no related figures have been recognised in the financial statements during the year. |
