Hans Lodge Management Limited is a |
Hans Lodge Management Limited is a residential management company collecting service charges from tenants and managing the block of flats at Hans Lodge. |
The directors have adopted technical guidance 03/11 issued by the ICAEW on the preparation of residential service charge accounts. Under this guidance the management company is treated as collecting service charges in trust on behalf of tenants and therefore does not recognise these transactions in its own accounts. The company therefore prepares dormant accounts and a separate set of service charge accounts are prepared for the property. |
