PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY’S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACTIn the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in thefinancial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefitedthe community.Let’s Improve Workplace Wellbeing CIC has over the past year been actively engaging withwellbeing leads, HR responsibles, and senior leaders around conversations of improvingworkplace wellbeing through sharing and learning from best practices.We have done the following:- Given access to our 150 members to be able to join free workshops and webinarsonline and in person where they can interact and share their work and get goodexamples from one another that can benefit their wellbeing roles and their businesses.- We have delivered talks and keynote opportunities to businesses in the public andprivate sector spanning all industries around the importance of a holistic wellbeingstrategy- We have supported the Jordan Legacy, a charity focused on suicide prevention to geteven more exposure for their great work but also the connections between mentalhealth and death by suicide- We have been part of key conversations and contributed through our wellbeing leadsto the likes of Business for Health and A Covenant for Health all of whom are leadingon how we can be measuring wellbeing in the workplace.- We have shared free resources to our network of wellbeing leads to help them in theirroles- We have been asked to share our best practices with a global audience.- We have also been recognised as a positive contributor in the space of wellbeing sowe are often asked to support new wellbeing leads with their wellbeing learning journeys
PART 2 – CONSULTATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS – Please indicate who the company’sstakeholders are; how the stakeholders have been consulted and what action, if any, has thecompany taken in response to feedback from its consultations? If there has been noconsultation, this should be made clear.The company stakeholders are the 150 wellbeing leads who have joined the Let’s ImproveWorkplace Wellbeing movement. There are some that are more active than others.They have been consulted through online meetings, in person meetups and through webinarsfacilitated by Let’s Improve Workplace Wellbeing.They have been invited to discuss the key trends, topics of interest related to workplacewellbeing and also been delegated various tasks to enhance the work of LIWW in order toattract other upcoming wellbeing leads that may benefit from learning and sharing from bestpractice.The wellbeing leads that have specialisms also support other stakeholders in improving theirlearnings and be able to discuss their challenges with other so that they can resolve or learnfrom best practice. LIWW is a community that gives wellbeing leads the safe space to get thatsupport not only for their own wellbeing but to drive the wellbeing agenda of their people.In the in person meetings or online webinars we have asked smaller groups of wellbeingleads what are their pain points, what are they trying to solve and how can we be bettersupporting. We have collectively learnt about better practices related to mental health,neurodiversity, DEI, financial wellbeing, physical health such as gut health, grief andbereavement, suicide prevention, wellbeing warrior/mental health first aid training, wellbeingmeasurements and tracking KPIs, ISO 45003, Occupational Health, Wellbeing Strategy andmuch more.They have access to an online community via our website where they can register as well asonline LinkedIn private groups where they can drop a message and others are able to eitheranswer their question to collectively we can support their concerns.Stakeholders have benefit from the support given because it allows them to see they are notalone in their vision and mission for wellbeing.
