Company activities and impact

During this year MTF got their two football teams back up and running in a competitive league as well as supporting the league and other companies in the league. The teams played every other weekend and trained weekly in addition to the recreational training each week. We found that the training and matches improved the mental and physical wellbeing of the children and built lasting friendships with their teammates and other teams.MTF continued to provide holiday provision that was a massive success and were needed to get children both physically and socially active following the pandemic. The holiday provision provided children a safe haven to have fun, express themselves and make new friends. The children learnt new skills and sports in their time on the holiday provisions.

Meetings with funders and other organisations that have received funding lead to sharing of ideas and evaluating what works and what could be better.WE consult our parents on a regular basis through group chats, conversations at training/ matches and making ourselves available for discussions after sessions.
