Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
Service charge funds |
The company is responsible for the management of the property known as 11 Dunlace Road and a trust has been set up to collect service charges from residents in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the property. The service charge funds are held in a trust account on behalf of the residents. All service charge transactions relating to the management of the property are reported separately and are excluded from the company's financial statements. |
