Company activities and impact

Elderfit-is an award-winning Community Interest Company that specialises in exercise for the 50+ person. Elderfit is particularly focused on maintaining strength and balance, which slowly decreases as we age due to the loss of strength and joint flexibility. This is why it's so important to keep active as you get older.Our class participants' age ranges from 50 to 100 year olds, and brings people together from all walks of life. The sessions we run have over 1000 attending every week; not only are they great fun, but the exercises are challenging and people make new friends whilst getting fit.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are the people coming to the classes. We regularly get feedback from them to improve our services.

Directors' remuneration

The directors received a total salary of £40,000 in the year. The salaries paid to the directors were from a grant specifically for this purpose.
