In the last year Walsall Creative Factory CIC have delivered at least 14 workshop sessions per week and 6 community events for the local community.We support over 100 regular attenders and more than 300 local households get involved in events.
Our stakeholders are our regular clients and volunteers, attenders at community events, our partners and commissioners for specific projects and our funders.Our programme changes due to feedback from our regulars and by listening to our customers e.g. development of new Chair yoga session due to conversations about health and fitness in craft sessions.We are required to take part in evaluation with partner organisations and commissioning bodies. This includes monitoring, case studies and meeting the specific criteria for different projects
