Small organisations like ‘InsideOutUK’ benefit from being introduced and recommended by BDD to large public sector organisations sections like HMPPS as they are often outside the tendering process and contracted providers. The same benefits were present for the keynote speaker. The workshop subject matter ‘Imposter Syndrome’ was an area that had been previously highlighted via participant feedback surveys. It was two hours in length and feedback polls were completed. All BDB events have feedback facilities e.g., via feedback forms, survey monkey, interactive boards etc, so that delegates feel listened too, BDB stays in touch with what its customers want and responsive to needs.
