RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Mr Richard Murray and Mrs Mairi Murray have a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) which is the now the 100% owner (41%- 2018) owner of the property in Hill Street. Reid Murray Limited sold its 59% share of the title to Mr & Mrs Murrays SIPP for £236, 000 in June 2018. Reid Murray Limited up to last year owned 59% of the property in Hill Street. Any rental income was until last year split and the appropriate amount according to the % ownership paid to the SIPP.
