    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    The turnover represents amounts receivable for goods and services net of VAT and trade discounts. The company was unable to trade for the entire period.

  • 4. Post balance sheet events

    The company was forced into dormancy for the entire period, having become a victim of a complex structured business scam. The company is one of over 40 companies affected in England, all with a total loss of £22.3 million. As a result, the company cannot service its now dormant. Creditor amounts payable after one year, now reflect the figure for all liabilities, that is, current liabilities and long-term liabilities. A Police investigation into the matter is ongoing.
