The Directors present their report and financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2023 |
The directors are delighted to report that the company has enjoyed yet another successful financial year which has |
maintained the company's strong and consistent financial position since the global pandemic. |
The company has continued to expand its client base throughout the year, with a keen focus on the water industry |
being at the heart of the business. We are very fortunate to work alonside fantastic clients and staff - without whom |
our success would not be possible. |
As inflation continues to climb, we're committed to finding innovative ways to reduce costs, without compromising the |
quality of service we provide to our customers. We continue to work hard to ensure our overheads remain low in order |
to offer competitive prices to our customers. |
The directors are pleased to report the order book is full for the coming year, 2023/24 and the company is set to make |
a record year in terms of sales as we push towards our 15th anniversary. |
The principal activity of the company continued to be that of an all-encompassing construction and engineering services provider with extensive manufacturing capabilities; covering the residential, commercial, industrial and water services sectors. |

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts |
of WOODHAMS M.E.C. LIMITED for the year ended 31 March 2023 which comprise the Income Statement, the |
Statement of Financial Position and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information |
and explanations you have given us. |
As a practising firm of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other |
professional requirements which are detailed at http://rulebook.accaglobal.com. |
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of WOODHAMS M.E.C. LIMITED, as a body, in accordance with |
the terms of our engagement letter dated 22 March 2018. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your |
approval the accounts of WOODHAMS M.E.C. LIMITED and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the |
Board of Directors of WOODHAMS M.E.C. LIMITED, as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of |
