The company`s turnover represents all amounts received by the company for ground rent and service charges. |
Service charge accounts |
The company is the head lessor of The Smithy Flats and such acts as a trustee of the statutory trust in respect of service charge monies collected for the maintenance of The Smithy Flats. Income and expenditure arising as a result of these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property including any cash balances held and do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. |
