The director, M D Lewis, is a trustee and beneficiary of the scheme
Description of the Transaction: Building Environmental Services Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme and the company are related parties as the director, M D Lewis, is a trustee and beneficiary of the scheme. During the year the company occupied premises owned by the scheme and was charged rent of £10,500 (year ended 31 March 2022: £10,500). Building Environmental Services Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme was owed £80,451 by the company at the year end (2022: £69,951.
