In view of language barriers and lack of knowledge about support available. many people do not know what to do or how to seek help, even if they are already in a difficult situation. Thus, we provide early crisis intervention and undertake outreach services to identify potential service users. We provide emergency accommodation to our service users in need, especially for asylum seekers and those who are in immediate dangerand may not be able to look for a proper accommodation, in view of the no prior grant of right to rent , financial issues family issues, they maybecome homeless. And we offer non-cash support to service users who cannot afford food expenses and winter clothing. We believe thateveryone should be able to live with dignity, despite the hard times they are going through. Also, settlement advice and mental health support are very important to the groups. Many of our service users do not know much about theirrights and options regarding migration and settlement. They may not know the best options for their own situations. Therefore, we provide immigration and settlement advice for our service users as well. We often assist users in looking for legal aid providers and applications. Apart from the above, since they have experienced drastic changes in their life, they need to adjunct their own mindset for adapting to the new environment. This may lead to mental health issues. We therefore provide emergency mental health support to fill the gap between NHS mental health services.Activities1-Voluntary servicea-Voluntary hairdressing service2-Employmenta-Linkedin and CV writing webinarb-Employment-support service provided career advice and enhanced job hunting skills through workshops and English conversation training.
