Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Company activities and impact

The company's activities will provide benefits to Christian musicians, people within and outside of the church community, and those that are less privileged across the world.People are given a platform to showcase their musical talents in a variety of devotional events. Lasting relationships are built whereby support and training is given to the musicians to develop their skills.The events encourage cohesion and unity across the Christian community by bringing individuals and local churches together irrespective of age, background, culture or denomination.Through the events, individuals are provided with continuous opportunities to carry out communal devotional acts and can benefit from building new relationships with members of the Church community.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company stakeholders are currently the directors of the business. They are residents of the local community and have lived locally for all if not most of their lives.
