The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Transactions with related parties
A development site was purchased with a loan from one of the partner, Hollybush House Ltd and repayment will be from sales and profit from the development. At the year end £122,579 (2022 : £832,221) was owed to Hollybush House Ltd.
The other partner, Aspects Building Services Ltd, carries out the building contract for the development and during the year that work cost £nil (2022 : £2,877,018) and £23,849 (2022 : £2,832) was owed at the year end.
