Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 28 November 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Income and expenses are included in the financial statements as they become receivable or due.Expenses include VAT where applicable as the company cannot reclaim it.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is recognised so as to write off the cost or valuation of assets less their residual values over their useful lives on the following bases:Computers: 33% on cost

Company activities and impact

The company curated hundreds of employment opportunities ensuring the rates of pay and working conditions were in line with our community guidelines and accepted industry practice. The company provided a free community support forum where hundreds of professionals could come and ask questions and seek advice on everything from working conditions, to job application feedback, agent representation etc. The company awarded a grant of £172.50 by paying for one members' annual Spotlight fee for them to help a member who was financially challenged.
