1. General Information
 
Pagner NI Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated and registered in Northern Ireland. The registered number of the company is NI666295. The registered office of the company is 16 Victoria Square, Rostrevor, Co. Down, BT34 3EU, Northern Ireland which is also the principal place of business of the company.

The financial statements have been presented in Pound Sterling (£) which is also the functional currency of the company.

The financial statements represent the individual entity for the 9 months ended 30 September 2023. The comparative period is for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022, therefore the comparatives are not entirely comparable.
   
2. Going concern
 
As at 30 September 2023 Pagner NI Ltd had accumulated losses of £294,590.

The directors of the company have given assurances that Pagner NI Ltd will continue to be supported by the parent company until such times when it returns to profitability.

4. Parent and ultimate parent company
 
The company regards Pagner Holdings Limited as its parent company. Pagner Holdings Limited is registered and incorporated in Ireland.
 
The companys ultimate parent undertaking is Pagner Holdings Limited.
The address of Pagner Holdings Limited is Nexus House, 31 Deansgrange Road, Blackock, Co. Dublin.
Pagner Holdings Limited is regarded as both the controlling party and the ultimate controlling party.
 
       
5. Director's advances
 
The director repaid an outstanding loan in full during the financial period, at the balance sheet date there was no balance due to the company (2022: £275,190).

The loan was made interest free, and it was repayable on demand.
     
For the financial period ended 30 September 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
 
The directors confirm that the members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
 
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with section 386 and for preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of the financial period and of its profit and loss for the financial period in accordance with the requirements of sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.
 
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions available to micro-entities in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
 
The company has taken advantage of the exemption under section 444 not to file the Directors' Report, Abridged Profit and Loss Account.
