EMCHEC currently works in partnership with ANCCG faith group Croydon Voluntary Sector Organisations including Croydon Connection, CVA and local churches in UK with a nominal roll of over 200 hundred youths and their families who had been affected by the pandemic. Emchec and partners currently run a Youth Club which meets every Friday 19:00 21:00 hours at their hub centre in Croydon which undertakes various educational, training, and recreational programmes to empower young people. EMCHEC received support from Croydon Connection voluntary sector organisation to the tune of £500.00 for IGNITE 2023 weekend away as well as support from Fr Deo of ST Bartholomew Parish in Norbury to the tune of £350.00 for the coronation of King Charles.EMCHEC ANCCG partnership now runs annual retreats and weekend away to occupy the youths during holidays with various education workshops on health issues such drug education, healthy eating, diversity education, knife-crime education etc to improve their social esteem and enable them to make informed choices and contribute positively to their communities. Croydon Connection also provided a sixteen-seater minibus which transported the youths of Croydon and their families to their IGNITE 2023 trip in Suffolk. The transport is valued at £200.

EMCHEC is a youth empowerment initiative to support and inspire displaced and vulnerable ethnic minority youths (11- to 18-year-olds) to develop good social esteem to make informed choices and contribute positively to their communities without being drawn into youth crime or gangs. The company has four main goals to achieve the desired objectives.1. Emchec partnership provides a One Stop Child Assessment and referral centre to displaced and vulnerable youths since the pandemic.2. Emchec Partnership provides Physiological, Emotional and Psychological PEP support for young adults in Croydon3. To engage affected youths and their families to design and shape Youth Empowerment programmes to reduce their vulnerability.4. To motivate and inspire the youths through cultural education and orientation in artefacts, arts, drama, languages, music, festivals, sports, recreational activities.
