We collectfeedback evaluations after every workshop we deliver, asking about ways we can improve ourtraining and what our stakeholders would like to see added. We're also in regular informalconsultations with stakeholders who we have less direct relationships with, and we consultour clients ahead of delivery to ensure that we can meet their needs when designing ourworkshops for them. REIGN is also ran by members of the community it serves. Our members are both survivors and professionals working in the sector our training is directed towards.
