Inspirational Women To Action CIC's activities have benefited the community in the following ways:Developed the employability skills of members of the community. The company's workshops on baking, sewing, and knitting have helped members of the community develop skills that they can use to get jobs. This has helped to reduce unemployment and poverty in the community.Improved the health and wellbeing of women and their families. The company's health and well-being workshops have helped women and their families to improve their physical and mental health. This has led to a healthier and happier community.Raised awareness of domestic violence and supported women who were affected by domestic violence. The company has raised awareness of domestic violence and provided support to women who have been affected by it. This has helped to reduce the incidence of domestic violence in the community.Fostered social mobility for socially disadvantaged women and their families. The company has helped to break down the barriers to social mobility for socially disadvantaged women and their families. This has helped to create a more equitable community.Provided confidence-building training for women that feared stigmatisation and those that were socially excluded. The company's confidence-building training has helped women to overcome their fears of stigmatisation and social exclusion. This has helped them to participate more fully in society.Overall, Inspirational Women To Action CIC's activities have had a positive impact on the community. The company has helped to improve the lives of people in the community by providing them with the skills, support, and resources they need to thrive.
Yes, there has been consultation with stakeholders. The directors of the company have lived in the area for a number of years and developed the business model for the company based on their experience of talking to other members of the community on issues concerning stress and stress management. Additionally, the company asks members of the community who access their counseling and therapy services to complete a short survey about the impact of the Cost-of-Living crisis on their health and those of their families. This has helped the company to build up a profile of the community's needs and what they can do to meet them more effectively.
