    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    This is derived from the principal activity of the Company and consists of ground rents receivable from lessees and other sundry income.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Freehold propertyNo depreciation is provided in respect of freehold land and buildings since, in the opinion of the directors, the net realisable value of the freehold interest id greater than its cost.
