Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 28 February 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover is derived from the principal activity of video recording production.Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services rendered, excluding value added tax.In line with Financial Reporting Standard 102, Revenue Recognition income has been recognised when the company obtains the right to consideration in exchange for its performance.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.Plant and machinery etc - 25% on cost

Other accounting policies

Going concernThe directors have considered the financial position of the company and believe it is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, thus continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.

The company is controlled by Mr E H B Owles.During the year the company had the following related party transactions:- At the year end £30,064 (2022:£30,000) was owed to Reach Cambridge Ltd, a company controlled by Mr J R McGoh, a director of this company.
