Activities continue to be focussed on the maintenance and conservation of the Village Green for use by the community of Bryants Bottom and to enhance the appearance of the Green Belt and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We applied for a grant of £420 from Hughenden Parish Council to cover the cost of maintaining the Village Green this year but it had not been received prior to the end of March.Scrub cutting was carried out to ensure continued access to the village green and a major grass cut was initiated in the summer to allow for the continuation of sports and pastimes.
The Annual General Meeting was held on 14th March to communicate with members. Held at The Gate Public House which is located in our village, it provided the best opportunity to inform new members of the purpose and history of the company and allows members to share their views and consider options to best provide services to meet the company objectives. In addition to the AGM, BBCT runs a website and uses email, and posts relevant documentation through the letterboxes of all members.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
