We continued to provide outdoor workshops with the funding from Sports England ‘ boost fund’ the purpose of the project was to actively engage females in physical activity and promote their overall wellbeing. Many family members joined our sessions including children from ages 5 years to 16 years and adults ranging from 24 years to 81 years. Each session was planned implementing feedback and guidance from the individuals involved. Each and every participant reported that they had made positive changes to their lifestyle including more exercise and healthy eating and that their confidence and self esteem had improved significantly. The project has now ended however we are continuing to support these and many more families through our social media platforms, local meet ups and we are now planning family camping trips for local families.
The company’s stakeholders are females and their families who have used our services, volunteers and others who help us provide services. We engage stakeholders in consultation via surveys, polls, social media pages and face to face conversations and feedback forms. We use this feedback to shape our offerings and plan our next steps. We consult with other service providers and charities to aid us in providing informed decisions from the wider community perspective.
No remuneration was received
