At TRIYBE, our commitment to making a meaningful impact on individuals and communities is at the core of everything we do. The activities reflect our achievements and the positive outcomes resulting from our various initiatives and projects, Black Heritage Project: Preserving Stories, Honoring LegaciesThe Black Heritage Project has started to successfully capture and preserve the rich tapestry of Black heritage through the community being involved in intergenerational interviews. By celebrating the achievements of individuals of Black heritage. Creating a sense of pride and belonging within the local community is a central achievement of the project. By documenting history through interviews, podcasts, visuals and art. Which has enabled a sense of pride and connection within the community. In addition to increasing confidence and newfound skills.Rooted Sessions and Black Identity Podcasts: Facilitating Meaningful ConversationsOur Rooted Sessions, Black History Walks and Black Identity Podcast, have provided an opportunity to engage with many people of black heritage from a range of industries. Provided opportunities for local people of all ages who would not normally engage to get involved. Which has created a platform for open and honest conversations about crucial topics such as Mental Health, Black History, Relationships, Policing and the Black Community, Domestic Abuse, and Parenting This initiative has contributed to breaking down barriers, reducing stigma, focusing on desistance and empowering the hidden voice to be amplified whilst enabling a creative and supportive space for individuals of Black Heritage to have an opportunity share their experiences. So far 35 people have connected with the project.3. Great Western Project:The Reading Black Heritage Railway Project has not only succeeded in preserving and celebrating heritage but has also become a catalyst for positive change within the community. By promoting awareness, understanding, and appreciation, of those who have made contributions locally and nationally. Highlighted the achievements, challenges, struggles and successes. The project has is creating a legacy that will continue to inspire and connect generations to come fostering a stronger, more inclusive community in Reading.50 people from the community have connected with the Project so farMental Health and Well-being:Recognising the importance of mental health, Triybe has implemented 1-1 motivational and creative therapy for individuals of black heritage who feel stuck in life, wanting the need for change but have lost motivation, energy and sight of goals. Started February 2023. With 8 users signed up for their empowering and therapeutic journey. In addition to providing safe spaces for individuals to share their experiences, seek advice, and access valuable resources. Innovation and Technology:Triybe remains committed to innovation and empowerment and supports the #BME Project inspiring 1 million girls. The aim to bring the digital inclusion of BME girls to the forefront of digital action. Collaboration locally with education, workplaces parents and our BME girls to make this happen. Male Engagement: Providing Spaces for Meaningful DialogueOur initiatives have addressed the need for spaces where males can openly discuss matters that truly matter, such as mental health and relationships. By creating opportunities for dialogue, TRIYBE has played a pivotal role in promoting emotional well-being and breaking down societal expectations. Innovation and Technology:Triybe remains committed to innovation and empowerment and supports #BME Project inspiring 1 million girls. The aim to bring digital inclusion of BME girls to the forefront of digital action. Collaboration locally with education, workplaces parents and our BME girls to make this happen.Future Roadmap:Triybe's future roadmap involves expanding our reach, deepening community engagement, and exploring partnerships with organisations that share our commitment to positive social impact. We will continue to prioritise user feedback, innovation, and inclusivity, ensuring that Triybe remains a dynamic force for good in our community
