In the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in the financial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefited the community.Arcadia Co-Housing CIC seeks to provide benefit to people of lower and intermediate incomes seeking affordable housing in London, as well as the communities local to the co-housing developments.In the financial year, Arcadia focused on producing a bid for a community housing site for Eastwick and Sweetwater. Arcadia's intention was to provide 100% affordable rented housing.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company stakeholders are the community and company directors.1. The communityTo provide affordable rented housing, Arcadia partnered up with J49, anaffordable housing provider, to be able to provide affordable housing for under 35 year olds and young families.For the bid, the wider community of Eastwick and Sweetwater had not been consulted.2. DirectorsJanita Cresswell led the bid and updated the directors about progress.
