Much of this year's focus has been on rebranding work and building our website. Keystone Wellbeing Services CIC launched this year and we have been working behind the scenes to set up referral systems, governance arrangements, policies and procedures, and processes to ensure our Associate Counsellors are successfully recruited. We are now able to accept referrals.Going forward into next year we aim to further market the service offer locally and explore training programmes that might be included in our portfolio. Keystone Wellbeing Services CIC is led by a Board of Directors, one is a Trustee of the parent charity, one is employed by the parent charity as Chief Executive Officer, and one is independent. Company activities and impact

Following the decision to change the company name in 22/22, much of this year’s work has been focussed on rebranding work, building our website and social media platforms. The website and social media platforms are now in place and our focus next year will be to build our brand and reputation to secure referrals into the service. We have ‘soft’ launched the service and are in the process of recruiting a Coordinator who will oversee delivery and ensure the success of the company going forward so that it can benefit the parent charity, local employers and individuals. We aim to further market the service offer locally and explore training programmes that might be included in our portfolio. We have also developed a pathway for Trainee / Volunteer Counsellors within the parent charity to move into self-employed Associate Counsellor roles within Keystone so that we can support their career progression and offer continuing professional development opportunities.

Consultation with stakeholders

We have met with individual Associate Counsellors to ensure our policies, procedures and processes are fit for purpose. We have reviewed the needs data of the parent charity in relation to non-attendance at counselling sessions to better understand reasons why individuals access counselling, and the types of counselling required. This has helped us to develop our service offer, website and marketing materials.
