Group numbers have dropped slightly due to some members aging out, but new members having come up from our drama groups to fill these spaces. The group have undertaken a wide range of activities, looking at life skills and practical things such as cookery. Theyb have also done arts and crafts, drama, sports and gone on trips across London. Girls Groups Our girls groups have carried on in Sutton, with an increased uptake in spaces after coming back to in person delivery after the pandemic. We have continued to support the girls to decide what kind of activities they would like to undertake, and made sure that we are working with them to plan and lead sessions, helping to build confidence. As always, our participants and their families remained our primary stakeholders. We have continued to regularly consult with them in a number of inclusive and engaging ways which are appropriate for the needs and interests of the people that we support. We support young people to give feedback during sessions, as well as collecting both verbal and written feedback from parents on a six monthly basis. All of our sessions are developed and shaped around the needs and suggestions of our children and young people and their families. This year we also worked with Sutton Council to input our Girls Group ideas into their SEND page, designing some icons that are being used on their local offer. We also consult with our volunteers and staff members to take on board new ideas and ensure that they feel valued and a part of our team. This consultation adds value for our children and young people as our volunteers bring different perspectives and ideas which allows us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our participants. We have continued to work closely with our funders, including BBC Children in Need, Jack Petchey Foundation, Awards for All and Richmond Parish Lands Charity throughout this year. We have developed a longer term relationship with Richmond Parish Lands, which has brought strength to our work in Richmond and hope to continue to build on this relationship. We have also continued to build on partnership working with other local organisations, and have adapted our delivery to meet the needs of their participants. Our partnerships with Holly Lodge, Skylarks Charity, Activity Station, TAG Youth Club and Holborn Community Association have continued throughout the year.
