The Directors' loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
A mortgage held in the names of the Directors personally, is secured over the property held by the Directors to which it relates, together with a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the company. The value of the property exceeds the mortgage balance outstanding.
For the financial year ending 28 February 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
