1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2022: Nil).
2. Impact of Covid 19
The company was adversely affected by Covid 19 pandemic which reduced demand. However the company was able to reduce costs and use reserves to continue trading. As a result, the directir considers it to be a non adjusting event and thus the preparation of the accounts under the going concern concept remains appropriate.
For the year ending 28 February 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
- The director acknowledges responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
