4. Going Concern
 
CCL Marine Ltd has negative net assets of £35,001 at 28th February 2023. The parent company Jeck Ltd has given assurances that it will continue to support CCL Marine Ltd until such time as it becomes profitable.
     
For the financial year ended 28 February 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
 
The director confirms that the members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
 
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with section 386 and for preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of the financial year and of its profit and loss for the financial year in accordance with the requirements of sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.
 
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions available to micro-entities in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
 
The company has taken advantage of the exemption under section 444 not to file the Director's Report, Abridged Profit and Loss Account.
