The company provides free counselling sessions and talking services in Wolverhampton. The company has provided a free walking and talking project, named walking for well-being Wolverhampton. This project hosts 2 free walking groups each week. Local residents who attend have said this has reduced loneliness, improved fitness and provided a safe space for them to make friends. The number of Facebook followers is 515 with 22 walkers who have attended in person. The company has recently started a menopause support group which has engaged with 8 women with the aim to provide this service on a wider scale.Working closely with local community we are providing a safe space for people to connect and receive support.
