6. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
During previous periods the company provided property management, repairs and redecoration services in the normal course of business to Sesame Systems Europe BVBA (formerly Lexicom Pro BVBA). The fees charged represented the normal market price in the case of each individual sale. No services were provided in the year to 28 February 2023 (2022: nil). |
At the balance sheet date the amount due from Sesame Systems Europe BVBA was £7,050 (2022: £7,050). This balance is included in other debtors. |
Sesame Systems Europe BVBA is incorporated in Belgium and is controlled by Ms J van Steenis Bucknull. |
During previous periods the company received short term loans and advances from Sesame Systems Limited. No loans or advances were received in the year to 28 February 2023 (2022: nil). |
