In particular, “never do nothing”.What you have actually done for me has not simply provided me with a training programmethat will enable the charity and myself to safeguard staff, volunteers, and visitors, but youhave given me the confidence to challenge authorities and the greatest gift that you havebestowed upon me is the realisation that it wasn’t my fault.Thank you, Karen, you have enhanced my life so much”.
