Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 28 February 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Income comprises trading income and rental income.There was no turnover attributable to geographical markets outside of the United Kingdom during the period.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life:Fixtures, fittings & equipment - 25% straight line

Other accounting policies

Going concernAfter reviewing the forecasts and projections the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the forseeable future. The company therefore adopts the going concern basis in the preparation of its financial statements.Financial Instruments PolicyDebtors are accounted for as debts less any provision for impairment. Creditors are shown at their carrying amount.Accounting JudgementsIn the opinion of the directors there are no critical accounting judgements.Key Estimations and UncertaintiesThere are no key estimations or uncertainties that require disclosure.
