Overdrawn Directors Loan Account
As at the year end, there was an overdrawn directors loan account balance. This loan was repaid in full on 3rd April 2023.

Company under common control
Mr A Jenkins, Mr H Best and Mr T Rees also control JBR Property Investments Ltd by virtue of their shareholding in the company. At the reporting date, a loan to JBR Property Investments Ltd for £4,764 (2022 : £4,764) was outstanding. This is cleared post year end.

Shareholder
JBR Commercial Property Group Limited owns 75% of the share capital of Parkwood Property Management (UK) Limited. At the balance sheet date, a loan from Parkwood Property Management (UK) Limited of £0 (2022: Loan to Parkwood Property Management (UK) Limited £3,170) was outstanding. The loan is repayable on demand and no interest is charged.
