Transactions with the director

The company advanced monies to the Director during the period on an interest free basis. The loan was unsecured and repayable on demand. The maximum balance due to the company was £5,242 (2022 - £nil) and the loan was repaid during the year. The balance due to the company at the year end was £nil (2022 - £nil).
