1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
Integrated Project Delivery LLP is registered in England and Wales. The LLP's registered number and registered office address can be found on the General Information page. |
The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£). |
2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
After making enquiries, the members have a reasonable expectation that the business has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being the 12 month period from the date of these accounts being approved, given the impact of the Coronavirus upon the economy and therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. |
The LLP was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
The financial statements contain information about Integrated Project Delivery LLP as an individual LLP and do not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The LLP has taken the option under Section 398 of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 not to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
