1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Income
Income consists of subscriptions from members and occasionally others, to meet costs of administration, insurance and maintenance of the property known as Sunnyside, Park Lane.

Members guarantee
The company has no share capital but is limited by guarantee. Every member of the company is a Guarantor and undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of it being wound up, by such amounts as may be required. Each member's liability is restricted to £5.
