The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

At the balance sheet date the company had negative shareholders' funds of £410,288 (2022: £407,790). Consequently, the company is dependent upon certain creditors, who have indicated that they intend to continue supporting the company so that it meets its ongoing obligations as they fall due. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustment that would result from a withdrawal of assurances given by the aforementioned creditors. At the balance sheet date the company owed these creditors £409,453 (2022: £409,453). Consequently, if these creditors are ignored, the negative shareholders funds are eliminated.
For the financial year ending 31 May 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
