Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Turnover |
Turnover comprises income drawn from maintenance fees receivable from the shareholders. The maintenance fees receivable from shareholders is £750 p.a. |
Taxation |
The company's business consist of the management of a residential private road, on a non-profit making basis for its residents. As such Her Majesty's Inspector Of Taxes has recognised that the company has only a small amount of or nil profit and annual corporation tax liability is unlikely to be more than £100. Thus the Inspector of Taxes has given a dispensation to the company not to complete or file a corporation tax return for the next 5 years, starting with year ended 30th June 2019. Due to this there is no tax payable on the result. |
