    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover shown represents the invoices amounts of goods and services supplied by the company exclusive of value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the assets over the useful life on the following basis - computer equipment and motor vehicles 33% straight line, fixtures, fittings and office equipment 25% straight line.
