Company activities and impact

Over the past year, our organisation has made significant strides in supporting refugees and enhancing workforce development in the UK. Here are the key highlights of our achievements:Empowering Refugees: We are proud to have provided long-term employment and internships to 64 refugees in the UK. This initiative has not only offered stability and income to these individuals but has also equipped them with valuable skillsets for future employment opportunities.Supporting Organisational Growth: In addition to empowering refugees, we have also supported 24 organizations, including those in the charity sector, in onboarding skilled resources. By doing so, we have contributed to enhancing their workforce and facilitating their capacity to deliver high-quality goods and services to the community.Positive Impact: Beyond the numbers, our efforts have had a profound impact on the lives of refugees, organisations, and the broader economy. For the 64 households represented by the refugees we've supported, there's a newfound sense of safety, security, and dignity as they provide for themselves and their families.Workforce Enhancement: For the 24 organisations, our support translates into roles being filled by hardworking, dependable, and skilled individuals, thereby enabling these businesses to thrive and better serve the community.Economic Contribution: Furthermore, our initiatives have contributed to lower unemployment rates, increased employee and business tax revenues, and a reduction in the number of individuals claiming benefits. This has provided a much-needed boost to the recovering UK economy, highlighting the tangible impact of our work on a national scale. In summary, our organisation remains committed to empowering refugees and fostering economic growth and resilience within the UK.
