Emerald Mindset CIC has held various activities for the promotion of providing employment and training opportunities to the community and various workshops to support the creative youth and adults that come onto our programmes. These activities have benefited the community in the following ways:- decreasing welfare dependency by providing employment opportunities.- Keeping youth that are currently out of employment, education, or training off the streets by providing them with services that’s of relevance to their interests today.- Building knowledge and awareness- Positive networking
The company stakeholders are residents of the community and the business consultants. Emerald Mindset CIC has developed relationships with Training Providers within the community and signpost the individuals that we mentor onto courses that support their personal and employment development. We have also executed an online and classroom programmes that cover Mindset, Employability skills, Digital skills.We complete a bespoke training plan with each individual that signs up with Emerald Mindset CIC, this is to ensure that we have a full understanding of what they are trying to achieve in employment or education and how we are going to support them on their journey.We seek feedback post training by asking participants to evaluate their experiences and areas to improve on. Through these sessions we have been able to identify areas to improve on.
