Our business had picked up over this time period and we were almost at capacity. New business was coming in, usually from recommendations from existing clients. Unfortunately one of our directors became seriously unwell and died very suddenly after a short illness toward the end of the financial year and this had an impact on the business and on us as individuals. The communities we support were very understanding and felt our colleagues loss also. It is testament to her and our loyal customer base that we have lost no business following this difficult period.
We remain in touch with our stakeholders and seek feedback from our interventions and training sessions to inform our future services. We continue to work in partnership with the local hospices and other providers.
