Company activities and impact

The CIC operates an ATP (artificial turf pitch) and associated facilities in the Staffordshire Moorlands,The increased community use of operating the facility on days, evenings, and fully at weekends has benefitted the local community by increasing and encouraging participation and physical activity.In addition the activities have been expanded to include the use of the facilities for general wellbeing, adult literacy and numeracy courses, use by local schools, foodbanks and walking events.

Consultation with stakeholders

The CIC runs the facility for the benefit of Junior Football Teams (boys and girls), Senior Teams (Men & Women) and other community groups i.e. Walking Football, County FA, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.The CIC holds regular meetings with all users and implements improvements where possible, this has included (but not limited to)- opening times- scheduling of slots- charges levied- provision of ancillary services- ideas for day time & wider use
