BOLD ST3P's activities have benefitted the community in this financial year by addressing various aspects of mental health and wellbeing, and contributing positively to the community by providing Providing a safe environment where individuals can openly discuss their mental health concerns and seek support without fear of judgment or stigma. This has led to improved mental health outcomes for those who may otherwise struggle in silence.The company recognized and respected the diverse cultural backgrounds within the community, ensuring that support services are tailored to meet the specific needs of different cultural groups and promote inclusivity and accessibility for all members of the community. BOLD ST3P facilitated group sessions that promote social interaction and sense of belonging among participants. By fostering connections and reducing feelings of isolation, these sessions enhanced overall mental wellbeing and resilience. It also hosted events aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, reducing stigma, and encouraging open dialogue. This awareness has led to early intervention, improved access to support services, and greater community understanding and acceptance of mental health challenges.Again, educational opportunities were offered to individuals to learn about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources. The community members were empowered with knowledge and skills to support themselves and others hence leading to a more informed and supportive community overall.Overall, BOLD ST3P's multifaceted approach to mental health support and awareness has benefited the community of by fostering a more inclusive, informed, and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to prioritize and maintain their mental wellbeing.

Consultation with stakeholders

Bold St3p collaborated with other community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and local authorities to help boast identify gaps in mental health services, explore potential partnerships, and coordinated efforts to address broader community needs. Consultations with these stakeholders can involve meetings, workshops, or joint planning sessions.BOLD ST3P emphasised on culturally sensitive support, representatives from diverse cultural and minority groups within the community were consulted. Engaged in dialogue with leaders and members of these communities which provided valuable insights into their unique mental health challenges, cultural norms, and preferred approaches to support.BOLD ST3P also consulted with its volunteers and staff members to gather feedback on their experiences, identify areas for improvement in service delivery, and ensure that they feel adequately supported and trained to fulfil their roles effectively. This consultation was in form of staff meetings and one-on-one discussions.In order to sustain its operations and expand its impact, BOLD ST3P consulted with funders, donors, and sponsors to understand their priorities, expectations, and specific requirements for funding. These consultations helped BOLD ST3P align its activities with the interests of its financial supporters and maintain transparency and accountability in its operations.It engaged with local policymakers and government officials to advocate for policy changes and funding opportunities that support its mission and objectives. Consultations with government representatives done through meetings and participation in relevant committees or forums focused on mental health and community wellbeing.By engaging in consultations with these diverse stakeholders, BOLD ST3P has ensured that its activities are informed by the needs and perspectives of the community it serves. Built stronger partnerships and collaborations, and enhance its overall effectiveness and impact in promoting mental health and wellbeing.
