Principal activities of the company

1. To buy, process, package, store, distribute and sell speciality coffee, to enable rehabilitation through working and volunteering with the Company, primarily for, but not limited to, ex-offenders, including those coming out of the Criminal Justice System, and people in recovery through addition.2. To provide support activities including but not limited to training, employment and other assistance including mentoring and career coaching.

Company activities and impact

Have worked with individuals with barriers to employment, such as mental health issues. to provide work and volunteering opportunities. Have trained how to roast coffee.Have engage with local communities and provided coffee to various charities and commercial enterprises as well as individuals.

Consultation with stakeholders

Working with landlord, a Christian charity, to whom we supply coffee. Discussions on best ways to work with them.Regular discussions with volunteers as to how we can best meet their needs.
