The residential properties were valued at £16,643,376 as at 30 June 2023 (£4,515,000 at 30 June 2022). The commercial properties were valued at £5,245,036 at 30 June 2023 (£1,070,000 at 30 June 2022). The investment properties were formally revalued by BNP Paribas Real Estate in March 2022 based on open market rates, the director's consider there has been no material movement in value since that date so they were valued to that amount, including all costs of the property acquisitions as at 30 June 23. |
