Investment property comprises 51-53 Westway CR3 5TQ, 20 and 20A Stoneleigh Broadway KT17 2HT, 18 Greenham Road N10 1LP, 227 St Margaret's Road TW1 1LU and 63 Gartmore Gardens SW19 6NX. The fair value of the investment property has been arrived at on the basis of a valuation carried out by Sweetings Associates Ltd and Wallakers Commercial, Chartered Surveyors, who are not connected with the company. The valuation was made on an open market value basis by reference to market evidence of transaction prices for similar properties.
