Notes to the financial statements
1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 3 (2022: 5 ).
2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees
There were no advances to or credits from the director.
For the year ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
