At the balance sheet date, the directors provided financial support for the company which they confirmed would continue. Mr S Gillies was owed £8,651 [2022: £5,034 ] and Mr G Gillies was owed £3,972 [2022:£3,695] from the company. |
4. | GOING CONCERN |
The company is reliant on its directors support to continue as a going concern given the company's liabilities exceeds its assets by £10,434. The directors have confirmed their intention to continue to support the company and have also considered external risks to the company when preparing these financial statements. |

5. | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS |
During the year, transactions occured with a company under common ownership and control, The Vacancy Company Ltd [SC633078]. All transactions were completed at arms length. As at the balance sheet date, the company was owed £5,736 [2022: £3,395 owed from the company] from The Vacancy Company Ltd. |
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
(a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
(b) | preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company. |
