The CIC provides animal therapy services to the local community such as Equine Therapy, alternative provision education, we have a therapy pony that goes out and visits care homes and hospitals etc.
- TM spoke to NB on 16th January 2024 about the CIC going VAT registered to allow for VAT on purchases to be reclaimed and that any cross charges for pony & staff hire from The Ramblers would incur VAT which would otherwise be unrecoverable by the CIC. Also, most clients are businesses for which it will make no difference.- NB agreed.- TM what sapped Rebecca Charles on 17th January 2024 and RC agreed on WhatsApp it made sense.- NB spoke to Dave Harris, who also agreed. NB what sapped TM on 17th January to say DH agreed.- TM whatsapped Rebecca Harris on 17th January 2024 to seek her approval.- RH agreed by WhatsApp on 17th January 2024- VAT Application made to the normal 20% scheme on 29 January 2024, with a voluntary start date of 1st February 2024.
