Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The presentational currency of the financial statements is Pounds Sterling, being the functional currency of the primary economic environment in which the company operates. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest Pound.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was as follows:


Investment property

The investment property has not been depreciated, as it is believed by the directors that the property is maintained to a sufficient standard, so that it is not less than the cost value.

Related party transactions

At 31 December 2023, the company owed the direct T A L Mardon £99,272 (2022 - £99,272) in the form of a director's loan account. No interest is charged on the loan and it is repayable on demand.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
