We deliver services to children and young people in the Barkingside area. Providing activities to the community through sports for free or at reduced rates. We have supported children and young people through a soccer academy programme, providing weekly games and training to help build confidence and self esteem and reduce involvement in youth violence. In addition, we support children and young people through martial arts sessions to build confidence and work on anti bullying. We have hosted several community events to support the local area.
We regularly consult with our service users, their families and the broader community. We do this through formal consultation on a 1:1 and group basis, recording and collating feedback to inform the development of future programmes. We also consult informally through our events and online through social media. We also work closely with other community organisations to ensure our work meets local need.
