Company activities and impact

Baby Bump Fitness main aim is to provide affordable physical, mental and pelvic health support for new mothers within their local community. During this past year, BBF has supported the community in the following ways: -Delivered 8 free sessions per week in Cheshire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester for new parents to access -400+ women accessed the service receiving both physical and mental health support -82% of participants said they wouldn’t have attended the sessions if there had been a cost as it wouldn’t have been affordable for them -100% of participants said their knowledge and understanding of postnatal exercise had improved as a result of the sessions - BBF also delivered a programme for supporting maternal mental health -150+ new mums attended these sessions both online and face to face -86% participants said their mental health had improved after attending 4 sessions
