Company activities and impact

The Lee Forum continued to develop its objective of producing a neighbourhood plan for the Lee Forum Area. The neighbourhood plan was amended in line with the results of 2019’s section 14 consultation and section 16 consultation was carried out in 2022. Further consultation and work with Lewisham and Greenwich councils took place to make sure this was done correctly. All this work was completed by local community volunteers.Once adopted by Greenwich and Lewisham councils, the neighbourhood plan will benefit the local community by ensuring local aspirations are reflected in local development as implemented by the councils.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are the Local Community, Lewisham and Greenwich councils, Neighbourhood Planning Statutory Consultees and Local Landowners.We have carried out extensive consultation on the draft neighbourhood plan with the stakeholders listed above. This consultation has been reviewed, considered and incorporated into the neighbourhood plan by local volunteers, supported by officers from Greenwich and Lewisham councils.
