BPIC Network : Known as Professional In construction CICIn the past financial year, BPIC Network has continued to serve as a pivotal hub for inclusion within the built environment sector. Our organization has made significant strides in empowering individuals and fostering community engagement through various initiatives.One of our notable achievements this year was assisting over 100 young people in securing employment opportunities within the industry. This not only provides them with valuable skills and experience but also contributes to reducing unemployment and enhancing economic stability in the community.Additionally, our annual BPIC Awards event has become a cornerstone in celebrating industry inclusion and diversity. This year, the event was attended by over 500 industry professionals, stakeholders, and community members, showcasing our commitment to recognizing and promoting inclusive practices within the sector.Furthermore, through our extensive network and outreach efforts, we have provided insights and opportunities to over 5,000 individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds, helping them gain a better understanding of the built environment, explore career paths, and connect with industry professionals.Overall, our activities over the past year have not only benefited individuals by providing them with opportunities for personal and professional growth but have also had a positive impact on the broader community by promoting inclusivity, diversity, and economic empowerment within the built environment sector.
