During the year the director
L Whitelam
provided the company with a loan bearing interest at 5%. The loan is repayable on demand and the balance outstanding at the year end was £41,460 (2022 £27, 573). During the year the company paid a dividend of £7,000 (2022 £5,000) to the director, LWhitelam.
For the year ending 31 October 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
