PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY’S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACTIn the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in the financial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefited the community. Shipston Pre School Community Interest Company provides excellent and affordable childcare for families in the town and surrounding villages. We work with families accepting children from their second birthday up to school age.Income from Nursery Education Grant funding and fees is used to ensure the highest standard of staff training and to purchase stimulating educational resources.Staff also fund raise in their own time to provide additional resources.In October 2018 Shipston Pre School was awarded “Good” by Ofsted.We are also a Warwickshire WIncKS accredited setting for good practice with regard to our inclusive ethos and SEND provision.
The Company’s stakeholders are the families whose children attend the Pre School.Shipston Pre School regularly consults families in a range of ways eg termly meetings, questionnaires, newsletters, home learning links.
No remuneration was received
