Post balance sheet events
On 31 March 2024, 100% of the share capital of the Company was sold by the Directors to Reconnaissance Holdings Limited and January Capital Holdings Ltd. James Levy and Elena Pashevkina, the sole directors of the Company, owned 100% of the share capital of Reconnaissance Holdings Limited and January Capital Holdings Ltd, respectively.
