    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.

Company activities and impact

Sky Space Team Development CIC delivers training, education and coaching to organisations and partnerships, particularly in and around Plymouth, Devon. During the year 2022-2023 the company’s activities benefited the community in the following ways:- Supporting Community Members to become Community Researchers able to collect the voice of citizens in support informing of cross-sector collaborative programmes working to tackle social isolation.- Working with Community Groups, individual citizens and statutory organisations and supporting them to better communicate, co create and work together.- Supporting people with complex life challenges to find their place in the workplace through mentoring, training and other skills development.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are individual and organisational clients, partner organisations, community groups, and networks that the company delivers work to, with or for. Stakeholders were involved in the commissioning, design and development of all training programmes and they also fed-in to the design of systemic support we provide for multi-stakeholder place based projects. We constantly invite and review feedback and after receiving it, feed it forward to shape our work.

Directors' remuneration

Directors withdrew £27,731 as Directors wages and to cover key expenses.There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
