These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A smaller entities - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006 (as applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime).

Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared using the historical cost convention except that as disclosed in the accounting policies certain items are shown at fair value.

Summary of transactions with parent

As a wholly owned subsidiary undertaking of Colorado Group Limited, the Company has taken advantage of the exemption granted by FRS 102 not to disclose transactions with its parent undertaking or other wholly owned fellow subsidiary undertakings.

The Company's immediate and ultimate parent undertaking is Colorado Group Limited, a company registered in Scotland, which is the smallest and largest group of companies for which group financial statements are prepared. Colorado Group Limited's registered office and principal place of business is Colorado House, 11 Caputhall Road, Deans Industrial Estate, Deans, Livingston, EH54 8AS. Copies of the finanacial statements of Colorado Group Limited are available to the public from Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ.
