A1 Housing CIC provides specialist accommodation to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs within the Bexley and Greenwich local authorities. The service has benefitted the community by providing housing solutions to vulnerable adults and thus increasing aware ness of mental disorders through training programmes.
Our stakeholders include our tenants, their families/next of kin, local authorities and regulatory bodies. They have not been consulted yet for feedback. Landlords, local authorities, staff, tenants, and their families are the main stakeholders that A1 Housing CIC consults about its services. They obtain regular feedback informally for its stakeholders as the company is in the process of developing its quality assurance systems. However, informal feedback has been received from service users and this has been useful in helping to develop services. A1 Housing CIC has been responsive to both negative and positive feedback as this will help in continuous improvement of its services.
No remuneration was received
