Tailored Leisure has provided a range of fitness , leisure, short break ,accessibility consultations to adults and young people with physical disabilities and long term term conditions within our local community and accross the North East
The basis of our model is based on customer and partnership / stakeholder consultation. At each evaluation stage we use this to offer new services to those with disabilities and long term conditions. Our partner /stakeholders include : Ms Society, headway wearside , sunderland city council
