Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. This is dependent upon the continued financial support from the company creditors and director. This support is expected to continue for the foreseeable future. Should this support not be available and the company was unable to continue trading, adjustments would have to be made to reduce the value of the assets to their recoverable amount and to provide for any future liabilities that might arise. |
