Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 August 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Tangible fixed assets are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost or valuation, net of depreciation and any impairment losses.Depreciation is recognised so as to write off the cost or valuation of assets less their residual values over their useful lives on the the following bases:Leasehold land and buildings - over the period of the leaseLeasehold Improvements - 10% straight line basis Plant and machinery - 20% reducing balance basisComputer equipment - 25% reducing balance basisOffice equipment - 20% reducing balance basis
