The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 30 April 2023

Principal activities of the company

The company serves businesses, organisations and entrepreneurs with training, consultancy, mentoring and facilitation services, and technical support. The areas of focus are sustainability, ethical 'for purpose' and value driven organisations, social enterprise and co-operatives, with tools for collaborative working.Income is generated from trading. This year was dominated by the health impact of Long Covid which has very significantly affected business and will continue to do so. Unfortunately Long Covid has meant the cancellation of and turning down significant business, and most activity is currently suspended.

    Average number of employees during the period 0 0

    No employees. The sole Director works on behalf of the company on a self employed basis for short contracts for clients. There has been a goal to migrate to PAYE when appropriate, but Long Covid has put the company into a low activity state until further notice.

All income was generated from trading.This year has continued to be dominated by the personal health impacts of Long Covid. Business has been very significantly affected and will continue to do so for an unknown period. Unfortunately Long Covid has meant the cancellation of and turning down significant business.
