Income consists of subscriptions from members and occasionally others, to meet costs of administration, insurance and maintenance of the property known as Sunnyside, Park Lane. |
Members guarantee |
The company has no share capital but is limited by guarantee. Every member of the company is a Guarantor and undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of it being wound up, by such amounts as may be required. Each member's liability is restricted to £5. |
