TURNOVER |
Turnover comprises revenue recognised by the company in respect of total sales and rents receivables during the period, exclusive of Value Added Tax and trade discounts. |
TAXATION |
The tax expense represents the sum of the tax currently payable. |
GOING CONCERN |
The company has borrowed from Jardines Finance Ltd, a company owned by Jardines (UK) Ltd which is owned by the director's father. The loan to the company is to finance its day to day working capital requirements. |
The company has the full support of Jardines Finance Limited and it will not demand repayment of the loan until the company is in position to repay it. |
On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. |
